MOTHERLESS BROOKLYN with Exclusive Q&A with Edward Norton

Ed Norton's directorial debut is here!

"Motherless Brooklyn" tells the story of a private detective who is killed in mysterious circumstances. Drawing from the likes of noir crime classics such as: "The Big Sleep" and "Chinatown", Norton creates a story that feels similar to something you've seen before, yet has a contemporary sensibility to it.

The cinematography was beautiful, especially a scene that takes place in a smoky jazz joint in Manhattan.

As Ed Norton himself said during the screening of the film at Mill Valley Film Festival, you have to give in to the hypnosis of the story and not overthink the plot.

"Motherless Brooklyn" features great performances from Bruce Willis, Willem Dafoe, Alec Baldwin, Gugu-Mbatha Raw and Ed Norton himself as a detective with a serious case of Tourettes.
